Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Jack Whitlock’s Photography for your poster needs. We value your satisfaction and aim to make your return or refund process as seamless as possible. Please carefully review our policy below.

Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period has elapsed.

To qualify for a return:

 Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

 Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

 Gift Cards.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Contact our support team at support@jackwhitlock.photos for further instructions.

3. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

1. Double-check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

3. Contact your bank, as there might be delays in posting the refund.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

 Incorrect

 Defective

 Damaged

Shipping Returns

We will inform you of the return address via email.

Important Notes:

 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

 For items over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
