How Our Shipping Works

Print-on-Demand Process

All our posters are printed on-demand using Gelato’s global network of over 140 print partners across 32 countries. This means:

  • Your poster is printed only after you place an order
  • Products are manufactured close to your delivery address whenever possible (95% of orders are produced locally)
  • This approach reduces shipping times, costs, and environmental impact

Production and Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days for order processing and printing
  • Local Production: Most orders are produced in the same country as the delivery destination
  • Quality Assurance: Each poster undergoes quality checks before shipment

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: Expedited delivery (where available)

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 4-6 business days after production
  • Express International: Expedited delivery (where available)

Total Delivery Time: Processing time (1-3 days) + shipping time (2-6 days, depending on location and method)
